FAMILIES can enjoy some pirate-themed fun in Saltcoats this weekend.
The annual Pirate Day, organised by S.A.L.T., will be held tomorrow (Saturday, September 21) at the playpark in Winton Circus.
The event always attracts hundreds of families, who always enjoy the free entertainment on offer.
Attractions this year include Captain Sparrow and Captain Rogers, Fabulous Fraser the children's entertainer, face painters, badge making, scavenger hunt and much more.
Drum4URLife, the interactive drumming group, will be there and the Fire Brigade and Coastguard will make an appearance.
The Mobile Youth Centre, burger bar and ice cream van will help entertain and feed the crowds.
Come along and help S.A.L.T celebrate their anniversary of the very successful Pirate Playpark.
