SALTCOATS locals are set to be given the chance to test their local knowledge this weekend.
It comes as The Flask bar and restaurant prepares to host a quiz - with the town the main theme throughout.
The business has come together with local community group SeaSalt Streets who have organised the Saltcoats-themed contest.
As well as a wide array of questions, those in attendance will be able to find out more about the fantastic work the group is carrying out throughout the town.
The event will be taking place on Sunday, October 13, from 2pm, with all invited to come along.
A SeaSalt Streets spokesperson said: "Come along to test your knowledge about all things Saltcoats and to hear more about the work of SeaSalt Streets.
"You are guaranteed a warm welcome and the best of hospitality from our hosts at the Flask in Saltcoats.
"It would be great to see you there, and bring a few friends too!"
