THE Autumn Club at Ardrossan's Parish Church will be celebrating its 30th anniversary next week.
The idea of forming the club was the inspiration of the late Rev Alex Downie, brought into being by a group of his parishioners when it was the former Park Church.
It developed into an independent club welcoming all and serving mainly the older age group.
The club plan to mark the anniversary with a cake at 2pm on Monday, October 28.
