A POPULAR Saltcoats bar has confirmed that it will begin offering food once again.
The Flask will be re-opening its kitchen on Thursday, October 24, following a refurbishment to the facilities.
The Windmill Street venue will be offering a reduced menu from 12pm that day, as well as over the weekend.
As well as sit-in meals, takeaway will be available with plans also in place for a delivery service via North Ayrshire Eats.
It is hoped that a full menu will then be available from Monday, October 28, after this initial soft launch.
It comes two months after the iconic town centre venue was re-opened following years of closure - initially operating solely as a bar.
A spokesperson said: "We are finally ready to try out our kitchen after it’s refurb! We do ask you bare with us as this will be our first time trying everything.
"It will be a small menu for this weekend with our main menu launching on Monday all going well! We hope to see you there."
Those who are looking to book a table are able to do so by contacting The Flask via Facebook - while walk-ins are also welcomed.
