A NORTH Ayrshire estate agent is in the running to be named the best in Scotland.
The Property Boom have high hopes of earning the top prize when they head to the Scottish Business Awards finals on Sunday, November 3.
The company earned their place at the national ceremony having previously claimed top prize in the regional edition of the event.
Back in August, The Property Boom was named the best in Ayrshire - beating out tough competition from across the county.
The award was viewed as a huge triumph for the business, who currently operate two branches across North Ayrshire.
Having operated successfully in Beith over recent years, 2024 saw their operation grow following the opening of their second local branch in Irvine.
Now, the team are hoping locals will get behind them as they look to claim the top national prize.
A spokesperson said: "We were delighted to recently win the best estate agent in Ayrshire - and have our eyes on the big one.
"The team work extremely hard, treating every client as individual and providing as much support and guidance as required. We recognise that every client’s sale is unique.
"From a team members point of view it’s just a great place to work. There’s such a purposeful, fun atmosphere in the offices – everyone helps each other to make sure that everyone stays on top of tasks.
"If we’re happy, we can provide a great, friendly, positive service to our clients.
"Please vote for us before Sunday – we want to make Ayrshire proud and lift that trophy as best estate agent in Scotland!"
