SALTCOATS was once again dazzled by a spectacular fireworks display to mark bonfire festivities.
A large crowd gathered at the town's harbour for the event, first enjoying the fun of the fair which was set up for the night.
Then it was time for the main event, with the sky lit up with an incredible display - which was started by a local youngster.
Kilwinning girl and St Winning's Primary School pupil Hollie McBlain was tasked with getting the main event underway on Sunday, November 3.
She was selected from regular attendees at the IMC Project in Saltcoats to carry out the very special job.
Organiser Jim Montomgerie also arranged a bonfire for this year's display which was well received by all in attendance.
He commented: "This year was yet another great night. Again our community turned out in droves and all had a fantastic evening.
"We were blessed again with the weather holding out and the display was spectacular. This was the first year we had a fire which which I was glad to see went down well.
"I would like to thanks North Ayrshire Council, local police, coastguard, John Irvine, but most importantly the public again for attending and sending me all their lovely messages."
