AN AYRSHIRE estate agent has picked up a trio of awards at a national ceremony.
Glow Homes won three gongs at the EA Masters ceremony in London on Tuesday, November 5.
With offices in Saltcoats and Kilmarnock, Glow Homes now features in the Best Estate Agent Guide – an independent reference source for sellers and landlords to help them find the best sales and lettings agencies in their area.
Around 15,000 estate agents are assessed to find the best and Glow Homes was among this year’s award winners.
The firm achieved gold awards for both sales and lettings.
Director Mel Connelly said: “We are delighted to have been included in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2025.
"Agents cannot enter or pay for this award - the assessment is industry-wide and only those who meet the very highest standards are included.
"We are thrilled to have been recognised as among the best in the country.”
Gail Ryan, based at the Kilmarnock office on John Finnie Street, also won 'Best Sales Negotiator'.
Mel added: “Words cannot begin to express how incredibly proud I am of Gail for winning the prestigious Negotiator of the Year award at the EA Masters in London.
"To achieve such recognition at an event of this calibre, competing against agents from all over the UK, is an extraordinary accomplishment.
"Gail is a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate individual who shares my drive and vision, which has played a significant role in the growth and success of the business.
"I had the privilege of working alongside her at the start of my property career 19 years ago, and she has remained as humble and committed as ever.”
Elsewhere in Ayrshire, Donald Ross Residential - with offices in Irvine, Ayr and Kilmarnock - also received receive the Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 gold award in both sales and lettings at the event.
