A NORTH Ayrshire estate agent is celebrating success after being named the best in Scotland.
The Property Boom were blown away after they claimed the top prize at the Scottish Business Awards.
The company earned their place at the national ceremony having previously claimed top prize in the regional edition of the event back in August.
In light of their national success, the business looked to offer a huge thank you to those who made in possible - particularly their loyal customers at their two North Ayrshire branches in Beith and Irvine.
A spokesperson said: "We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you – thanks to your support, we have been awarded Scottish Estate Agent of the Year!
"This incredible achievement wouldn't have been possible without your trust and loyalty. You can see just how much this award means to us!
"But we are not resting on our laurels – we’re always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to provide an even better service to our wonderful clients.
"The Scottish people’s confidence in our services has made a real difference, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have worked with each and every one.
"We treat each client as an individual and provide as much support and guidance as required."
The business also showed their appreciation for their dedicated staff who contributed to the success.
They added: "Some clients instruct us for the high quality, creative photography to show their property at its very best – others because they can draw on our expertise and friendly, personal service.
"This award is a testament to the dedication of our team and our commitment to providing you with the highest level of service.
"As always, we are here to assist you with any property needs, whether it's buying, selling, or simply getting advice. If there's anything we can help with, don’t hesitate to reach out!
"Once again, thank you for your support – we look forward to continuing to serve you and your property needs."
