A STEVENSTON-based estate agents has been celebrating success on a national scale once again.
Welcome Homes, who operate on Boglemart Street, were hailed amongst the best in the trade across the UK at a prestigious awards ceremony earlier this month.
The Three Towns business was one of thousands of agencies and suppliers who attended the EA Masters event held in London on November 5.
The awards are considered to be one of the biggest in the industry, with companies not asked to enter or pay for entry.
Instead, agency wide assessment is carried out - with only a select few businesses able to receive acclaim.
For the fourth straight year, Welcome Homes are celebrating being amongst the select few to be highly praised at the EA Masters.
The firm, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, achieved a gold award for sales to continue on from their success in 2021-2023.
And for a second time, the Stevenston business also obtained a gold award for lettings to top off what was a superb night all round.
As a result of their triumphs, Welcome Homes will now feature in the Best Estate Agent Guide produced by the event organisers.
A spokesperson said: "This is for our girls and these awards are theirs! Thank you every day girls.
"Having spoken to so many other agents in London it’s hit home just how special Welcome Homes is and how far we have come and that’s all down to our team and their natural, genuine love of their job and our customers."
The founder of Best Estate Agent Guide and EA Masters, Peter Knight, added: “We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of everyone who took home an award at this year’s EA Masters.
“These represent the top-performing agents in the UK, setting the benchmark for excellence in customer service, expertise, and results.
"Winning a place in the Best Estate Guide is a mark of distinction, earned through consistent dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience.
"We congratulate this year’s winners, who continue to raise standards in the industry and truly exemplify what it means to be among the best.”
