KILWINNING Rangers are set to open a museum to mark the club's 125th anniversary.
The Buffs were founded back in 1899, and have built up an illustrious history since then.
With the Kilwinning side now within the landmark year, plenty has already been done to honour the occasion.
A few months ago, a celebration day was held a Buffs Park, with the latest plan set to take a look back into the successful past of Kilwinning Rangers.
Since their establishment, the club have built up an extensive honours list which includes 11 Ayrshire Cups, two West of Scotland Cups and becoming the first Ayrshire club to win the West Super League.
They were also to first club from the county to win the Scottish Junior Cup in 1909, and have won the competition once since - in the club's centenary year in 1999.
The latest plan is to open a museum within their home at the Kilwinning Community Sports Club and the Buffs' social club.
The Buffs Museum is a plan which is set to become a reality after a successful funding application to the Scottish Football Museum Heritage Grant.
Work is now well underway on the project with hopes that the exhibition can open at the beginning of 2025.
Ahead of this, the club are calling on supporters to help the project come to fruition.
They are asking people to look out any items of Buffs significance, whether they be medals, pictures, trophies or anything at all Buffs related.
Those who have items which they would entrust the club to display are asked to contact Jim Cochrane, Alan McAlpine or anyone at Kilwinning Sports Club who will arrange collection or delivery.
All the latest information ahead of opening will be available via Kilwinning Rangers' social media pages.
