A KILWINNING-based youth charity has once again launched a fantastic project in a bid to spread festive cheer.
ACES Woodwynd has now commenced 'operation Santa' - an annual initiative run by the organisation.
Every year, ahead of Christmas time, the group collect donations of selection boxes for Father Christmas to hand out to local children.
With the support of the team at the local Bridgend Motor Group, the event will be taking place on Saturday, December 14.
Decorated vehicles from the car garage will leave the premises at 5pm before heading in the direction of Main Street through Woodwynd.
As well as supporting the delivery, the team from Bridgend also made a fantastic donation of selection boxes for the event.
Police Scotland has also made a kind donation ahead of the night. However, ACES Woodwynd is still looking for further support.
Anyone who is able to make a donation of selection boxes is asked to bring these to the Woodwynd Community Centre.
Alternatively, you can contact Colin Young on 07411 118135.
