A SALTCOATS man is awaiting his fate after pleading guilty to an assault outside an Irvine shopping centre.
Thug Conan Healy pleaded guilty to an amended charge relating to an incident near the Rivergate Shopping Centre when he appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
The 22-year-old, of Fleming Crescent, admitted injuring his victim by repeatedly punching him on the head in the vicious attack outside the shopping centre on November 26, 2022.
Sentence on Healy was deferred until a later date and he was released on bail.
