A YOUNG Three Towns football side have been celebrating success - after winning one of Scotland's most famous tournaments.
Pre-season is well underway for TASS Thistle Yellow 2010s, and they had the chance to show the hard work is paying off last weekend.
The youth side headed to Rozelle Park in Ayr on August 3 and 4 to compete in the Papa Joe Mcgill Land O'Burns Scotland Cup.
The famous tournament is now in its 31st year, and brings together teams from all over to compete for the trophy across various age groups.
After an successful group stage, TASS progressed into the semi-finals of the top draw on the second day of competition.
And after making their way into the final, the young Three Towns team secured glory - winning the showpiece match 3-0 and bringing the trophy home.
Having only come together as a team in recent months, it was a result that shows just how much potential the group have.
A club spokesperson said: "Excellent weekend for the boys at the tournament. What an opportunity for the new team to start to gel together.
"To top it off the boys made the final and won convincingly. TASS Yellow - this is just the start of your amazing journey ahead."
